Berry Bramble cocktail

Mixed Berries (Frozen, Canned or Fresh)

1/4 Lemon

30ml Gin

Cranberry Juice

Kc Boysenberry Burst Kombucha

Citrus and Berries for garnish

Ice

Method

  1. In your favourite glass, put around 6 mixed berries (raspberry, blackberry, boysenberry, blueberry, strawberry) and muddle to make a paste.
  2. Add a squeeze of lemon and 30ml of your favourite gin, then stir.
  3. 3/4 fill the glass with ice and top up with Kc4 Boysenberry Burst Kombucha.
  4. Pour into the glass, over ice, then gently add cranberry juice to the top.
  5. Garnish with citrus and berries.
