Passionfruit Mojito

30ml White Rum (although any rum works)

30ml Passionfruit Syrup, Pulp or Fresh Passionfruit 

Kc Passion for Ukraine Kombucha

Juice of Half a Lime plus Wheel for garnish

Handful of Mint Leaves and Sprig for garnish

Ice

Method

  1. In your favourite glass, add the rum, passion fruit, lime juice and mint. Muddle to mix together and release flavours.
  2. 3/4 fill glass with ice.
  3. Top up with KcU Passion for Ukraine Kombucha.
  4. Stir and garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
