Strawberry, Kiwi & Lime Cooler (Mocktail)

Method

1. In a large tall glass, place quartered strawberries, chopped kiwifruit, lime juice and kiwifruit juice and muddle.
2. Fill glass with ice almost to the top.  Top up with 1/2 bottle of Kc Japanese Lime Kombucha.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel and 1/2 strawberry.

Optional addition of 30ml of Gin, Vodka or Strawberry Liqueur.
