Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha is a refreshing, not-too-sweet beverage, with a lemon-lime citrus flavour. 

Kc3 Springtime Kombucha is a slightly sweetened beverage made from a base of black tea and flower petals.

Kc4 Boysenberry Burst Kombucha is a delicious beverage which is bursting with boysenberry flavour.

All of these flavours can be drunk on their own or used as a mixer for an alcoholic beverage.

Please note this product needs to be kept refrigerated. It will be sent by regular courier, but should be refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery.

We run a Business Club and whilst most of us enjoy a nice wine or beer on occasion, we also found that members wanted a non alcoholic option that wasn’t a soda or high sugar soft drink or juice. We hope this section answers any questions you may have about our subscriptions. Please contact us at hello@kombuchacity.co.nz if you  need any assistance.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be billed on the day you purchase your subscription but in order to avoid products sitting in courier depots over a weekend, we will send out your subscription order on the next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday thereafter. Repeats will be billed based on that initial billing day, at the frequency you have selected.

When does my subscription end?

There is no set end date for your subscription. You are welcome to continue subscribing at the discounted rate for as long as you choose.

Where can I find my subscription account information?

Login to our website* where you can find the following pages:

  • Change My Password/User Details where you can change your contact or delivery details and edit orders
  • My Orders where you can you can see your order history and edit upcoming subscription orders.

*To login, you can follow the link in your emailed Order Summary, click on the green padlock icon at the top of the screen, or follow the link under MEMBERS at the bottom of your screen.

Can I cancel or put a hold on my subscription?

To cancel or put your subscription on hold/skip a delivery, login to the My Orders page on our website where you will see options to Reschedule or Cancel.

We also email you a notification when your next subscription payment is due. This allows you to confirm you wish it to proceed.

There is no penalty for cancelling. We hope you won't cancel however - we'd be sad to see you go. If you need a short break, consider pausing the subscription instead in order to keep getting your products at our discounted rate. See below for instructions. 

Can get my next order delivered earlier?

Of course. Login to My Account and view the My Orders page. 

Click the Reschedule button next to the Subscription order next due and choose a new (earlier) target order date.

Your order will be sent out on or near to* that new date and the subscription will continue at the frequency you have selected from then onwards.

*Remember we only courier Mondays-Wednesdays to ensure products are not sitting in courier depots over weekends.

How do I pause my subscription?

Log into My Account and view the My Orders page.

Click the Reschedule button next to the Subscription order next due and you can choose a new (later) target order date.

The subscription will pick up again from that new target date, at the frequency you have selected. (Remember we only courier Mondays-Wednesdays to ensure you receive an optimum product.)

How do I change my delivery address?

If you move or want to have your products couriered to a new address, login My Account (click the green padlock icon or the link in the footer menu) and update your address at the Change My Password/User Details page. 

Fill out the new address (billing and/or delivery) and click the Save button.

Can I change my subscription products?

Yes, you can edit your upcoming order by logging into My Account page > My Orders.

Click the Edit button next to the Subscription order next due to make the desired changes and your next delivery will be updated accordingly.

Do subscriptions earn loyalty points?

Since we already recognise our subscribers as loyal customers, we have built the discount into the subscription price and no additional points are awarded.

Can I change my payment details?

We will let you know on the bottom of each subscription renewal invoice if your card is about to expire or if we don't have a valid card loaded.

To update your card details at any time, e.g. if the number, expiry or CSV code is changing, just login to My Account and if you have a subscription, you will see the following option at the top of the orders list:  Update Credit Card Details on File. There is a $1 processing fee charged by the payment gateway for this service, but this will be credited to your current order.
