We only send orders on Monday or Tuesday, as this ensures that your Kc Kombucha gets to you quickly.  With recurring courier problems, we don't want your order sitting in a courier depot over a weekend.  By doing this, we preserve the delicious flavour of our kombucha.  Thanks for your patience.

Looking to add a little Kombucha to your favourite tipple? 

We thought we would share a few ideas to combine your favourite alcoholic beverage, with a healthier mixer, so you can have your cocktail, without the guilt of the sugary mixers.

Here are a few of our favourite Kombucha cocktail and mocktail recipes for you to try. 

 

Sex On The Booch

Kc Kombucha cocktail with Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha


15ml Peach Schnapps

30ml Vodka

50ml Orange Juice

1/2 bottle (165ml) of Kc3 Springtime Kombucha

30ml Cranberry Juice

Orange Slice / Cherries for garnish

Ice

  1. Fill a large glass with ice.
  2. Mix together peach schnapps, vodka, orange Juice and Kc3 Springtime Kombucha.
  3. Pour into the glass, over ice, then gently add cranberry juice to the top.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and/or cherries.

Stir before drinking.

Gin, Raspberry & Lime Rickey


30ml Gin

3 Lime Wedges

4 Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 bottle (165ml) of Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha

Kombucha-sangria-cocktail
  1. Place gin, 2 lime wedges and 2 raspberries in a long glass and muddle gently.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and top up with Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha.
  3. Garnish with 2 raspberries and a lime wedge.

Add simple syrup or berry liqueur for sweetness.

Boysenberry, Lime & Mint Fizz - non-alcoholic

Kc Kombucha cocktail with Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha


25ml Fresh Lime Juice

25ml Boysenberry Syrup (from tin)

1/2 bottle (165ml) of Kc4 Boysenberry Burst Kombucha

4 boysenberries

4 Mint Leaves & garnish sprig

2 Lime Wedges

Lime Wheel for garnish

Ice

  1. Squeeze fresh lime juice into a large glass.
  2. Add 2 boysenberries, mint leaves and boysenberry syrup (add extra syrup for a sweeter mocktail), muddle to make a nice paste.
  3. Add ice and top up with Kc4 Boysenberry Burst Kombucha.
  4. Stir well, add 2 boysenberries, squeeze 2 lime wedges and drop in, finish with a lime wheel & sprig of mint to garnish.

Also great with Gin, Vodka or Bacardi.

Kombucha Sangria (1 Litre Party Size)


400ml Red Wine

2 tsp Sugar

50ml Brandy

220ml Orange Juice

1 bottle (330ml) of Kc3 Springtime Kombucha

Chopped Fruit (orange, lemon, apple, pear, pomegranate)

  1. Add chopped fruit, a scoop of ice and sugar into a 1 litre carafe, stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add brandy, red wine and orange juice, then mix well.  Add a bottle of Kc3 Springtime Kombucha, and extra chopped fruit, then put in chiller to get super cold.
  3. Serve in whatever glass you like, with chopped fruit and orange wheel garnish.  Add ice if preferred.

Kombucha Kamikaze

Kc Kombucha cocktail with Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha


30ml Vodka

30ml Triple Sec

30ml Fresh Lime Juice

30ml Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha

Lime Wheel for garnish


  1. Chill a martini glass with ice or in the fridge.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add in all liquid.  Shake until super chilled and strain into martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel.

You can add extra Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha to make a long drink if preferred.

Strawberry, Kiwi & Lime Cooler - non-alcoholic


2 Strawberries

1/4 Lime

1/4 Kiwifruit

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

60ml Fresh Kiwifruit Juice

1/2 bottle (165ml) of Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha

Garnish - Lime Wheel and 1/2 Strawberry

Kombucha City mocktail with Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha
  1. In a large tall glass, place quartered strawberries, chopped kiwifruit, lime juice and kiwifruit juice and muddle.
  2. Fill glass with ice almost to the top.  Top up with 1/2 bottle of Kc2 Japanese Lime Kombucha.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and 1/2 strawberry.

Optional addition of 30ml of Gin, Vodka or Strawberry Liqueur.

Boysenberry Burst Mojito

Kc Kombucha cocktail with Kc4 Boysenberry Burst Kombucha


45ml White Rum

30ml Simple Syrup

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Kc4 Boysenberry Burst Kombucha

6 Mint Leaves

6 Boysenberries

Lime Wheel

Ice (crushed is best)

  1. In a tall glass or wine glass, add 4 mint leaves and 4 boysenberries, muddle using whatever you have available.
  2. Fill glass with ice, add rum, simple syrup and lime juice.  Stir using a long spoon.
  3. Top up with Kc4 Boysenberry Burst Kombucha.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel, 2 mint leaves and 2 boysenberries.

Spring Booch Blossom


45ml Gin

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

45ml Orange Juice

Kc3 Springtime Kombucha

4 Mandarin Segments

Orange Twist or Wheel (optional)

Ice

Kombucha City cocktail with Kc3 Springtime Kombucha
  1. In a shaker combine the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and orange juice, over ice.
  2. Shake for around 20 seconds.
  3. Fill your preferred glass with ice and 4 mandarin segments.
  4. Strain mixture into the glass, and top up with Kc3 Springtime Kombucha.
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel or twist.
